About Emma
Emma joined Luscombe Gray as a Senior Solicitor in April 2021. She is an experienced litigator who specialises in all areas of property litigation having trained and worked in a top tier UK commercial firm before joining Luscombe Gray.
Emma was recommended in The Legal 500 in 2010 and identified as a “next generation lawyer” in The Legal 500 in 2017. Her extensive experience enables her to deliver timely and practical advice to clients. She has acted for a variety of commercial and private clients and is skilled in running claims through to trial. She also deals with cases through mediation and arbitration.

Emma has delivered numerous seminars to professionals in the planning/property industry on this area of law.
Emma lives with her husband and 3 children and she is a keen sports woman whilst continuing her passion of playing the piano.
